Hick in the District

As I said below, Bilkent is in Ankara, the capitol city of Turkey. It's in the northwestern part of the central area of the country. It’s a fairly large city, over 3 million people, ranking 50^th in the world for city population and 92^nd for urban area population. By comparison, Los Angeles ranks 40^th and 9^th, Chicago is 55^th and 22^nd, Melbourne is 48^th and 94^th, Rome is 65^th and 85^th, Berlin is 52^nd and 71^st, and Madrid is 56^th and 52^nd.
